Reflection
Storytelling is one of the most powerful ways to communicate.

What lessons have I learnt?
Stories have been here for thousands of years, and will carry on for thousands of years, everything we know has been told to us through stories.
​
In this project I have learnt from history how powerful stories are, I am curious about my future and how storytelling might help persuade people to make positive changes to the world. The biggest issue I see is climate change. Perhaps with the help of storytellers we could help stop this global issue.

Powerful storytellers:
Greta Thunberg, she is an amazing storyteller because she has changed thousands of people's perspective on climate change. She is only small but she has changed the world. And her interesting stories helps grab people's attention.
David Attenborough, has helped us to see what could happen to our world if we do something about climate change. He uses his voice and his documentaries to engage with his audience.
What stories will be told in the future?
As Nancy Duarte said :"The future is not a place that we get to go to. It's a place that you get to create."
This is what we can do through storytelling.
I am interested in how my generation will use the power of storytelling and find accurate sources of information to make sure our stories are as accurate as possible.

Possible alterations
This has been a massive topic to cover, I tried to give a general outline with a few examples, but there were many other stories I was interested in exploring.
​
Some of these were: The after life, Food memories and why we like sweet things, cave paintings and what the future of story telling in my generation would be like on the topic of climate change.
​
Format:
This website has been great to collect, present and review information. But it would have been really fun and engaging to talk to an anthropologist in the format of a podcast or discussion.
What was my favourite story of all?
After looking through all of the wonderful stories that have been told, my favourite story is on money and how we all decided and cooperated to believe in the same idea, it would be very hard to walk around with five goats to exchange!
